KINGS WOOD MOUNTAIN BIKE DUATHLON

| Was held on Sunday 9th March 2008 - Kings Wood, Challock, Nr Ashford, Kent. The format of the race was Run/Bike/Run - 2.4km off road run, followed by a 12km mountain bike, and finally a 2.4km off road run. More Info ... |
FRIDAY 5 SERIES

| Was held on the first Friday of the month - May, June, July, August,2007 at 7pm - this 5km run race series is held in Victoria Park, Ashford. The course is accurately measured and there is a cash prize for anyone breaking the course record for men and women. Enter the whole series or individual races. More details ... |
