Ashford Tri Club offers the following training sessions:

MON RUN Group Run 6pm Meet at Podplus Shop at the Julie Rose Stadium for a 30-45min steady run (no session on bank holiday Mondays) . Meet Kate or Tom in Podplus shop at 6pm.
TUE SWIM ATC Coached Swim

NEW for 2009 - Christine Johnson will be coaching this session - starts 13th Jan 09 at Ashford School - Time TBC - update soon.
WED FITNESS Coached Circuits/Turbo
/Run

Alternating - Circuits/Turbo Sessions/Run during January. 7-8pm Julie Rose Stadium (meet in the indoor shute). FREE session - see Nicki Barron

WED SWIM Coached Session 8-9pm Stour Centre - meet on poolside (shared session with Ashford Masters Swimming Club) - More Swim Info
FRI THEORY/
SOCIAL
Monthly Dates/Times/Location TBC via e-mail. Aim is to provide an hour theory eg bike mechanics followed by a curry or similar.
SAT SWIM Uncoached Session 8 -9am Ashford School meet on poolside (shared session with Ashford Masters Swimming Club). - More Swim Info
SAT RUN Off road run Kings Wood Car Park 10.00am. 30 min easy run progressing to 60min in coming months. Suitable for beginners or if you want a slower paced run. Meet Navin in the main car park.
SUN BIKE Group Ride Re-starting on Jan 11th 09 - Meet 8.30am Airport Cafe, A20 Sellindge - see map or 9.00am Blue & White Cafe, A20 nr Mersham. Helmets compulsary. Please bring drink, warm clothes, puncture repair kit, tyre levers, pump, multi-tool, mobile & money for emergencies.
